Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NextLevel Leadership Consulting, customer satisfaction is our priority. This page details our policy regarding service cancellations and payment refunds for transactions on go.vikashmanoranjan.com.

1. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their registration or service booking by submitting a written request to contact@vikashmanoranjan.com at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of a program or consultation session.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligible Refunds: Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase and before accessing downloadable resources or attending sessions will be processed in full.
• Non-Refundable Services: Completed coaching sessions, fully accessed digital downloads, or cancellations made after the program commencement date are non-refundable.

3. Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

To request a refund or raise a query regarding a failed/duplicate charge, please contact us with your Order ID and receipt at contact@vikashmanoranjan.com.
